We are looking for a technical support agent specializing in help desk support for e-commerce brandsThis is a remote position, and the benefits include full medical, dental, vision, life, and 401kThe hourly rate is $13, and we are aiming to fill this role within the next 2 weeksAfter 9-months of employment, you will be eligible for a merit increase based on metrics and performance!

About this role:
We are looking for talented technical support representatives to join our growing team and provide dependable customer service that is the foundation of our companyYou will be supporting end users during troubleshooting activities as well as interacting directly with operating systems, hardware, and softwareWe value your input and encourage you to contribute ideas for the improvement of our daily operations and customer-centered goalsAs you support end users and navigate various operating systems and software, we support you!
Duties and scope:
Provide daily support to users of various computer systems including answering questions, analyzing problems, and quickly forming solutions to return systems to proper operation.
Communicate clearly and effectively with end users, colleagues, and management to quickly resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of daily interactions with customers, installation activities, reported issues, and completed solutions along with any further actions required of management or repair personnel.
Collaborate with the wrrk team to improve processes and outcomes.
What we can expect from you:
A minimum of 1 year of online customer service experience in a high-volume, dynamic, and metrics-driven environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and grammar
Strong data entry/typing skills
Experience with zendesk or any other helpdesk software
Experience with slack or any other online communication tool
Confidence and proven ability to provide customer support via phone, email, and chat platforms
Good judgment and decision-making in accordance with policies and procedures
Well-rounded technology capability and reliable internet connection to ensure all systems, both hardware and software, are functioning properly
Access to a dedicated, quiet workspace
Remote work experience is a plus
