Responsibilities
Preparing periodic reports and managing key business metrics that impact customer experience.
Ensure that quality standards are being met.
Communicate with key teams in support of customer issues and questions
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, and concerns
Control resources and use assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative goals
Supporting customers on online learning access, platform management and handling queries around program logistics etc.
Relationship building with alumni to enhance positive word of mouth
Desired candidate profile
Graduate with min3 years of relevant experience (mba preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical & problem solving skills
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and in an ambiguous work environment
