We are inviting applications for the role of chief marketing officer.
Roles and responsibilities.
Develop compelling value propositions that drive distinct competitive advantages for selling our products.
Develop and execute marketing plans, defining what support is needed to hit objectives.
Create and implement innovative multi-channel acquisition strategies & campaigns via strong collaboration with product, sales, and technical teams.
On boarding best teams to drive into market smoothly.
Provide input to the product team regarding initiatives that can support key marketing objectives.
Establish a powerful marketing funnel ensuring sales pipeline meets the company’s objectives.
Develop our sales/ marketing roadmap to align marketing and sales and to generate the best leads, keep them engaged, and connect with them at the right time to close more deals.
Analyze and interpret internal sales data to inform business decisions and make recommendations to executive leadership.
Provide ongoing tracking, measurement, kpi, and roi analysis for the team’s marketing initiatives and campaigns to provide clear, actionable insights that inform and inspire communication for strategic calendar and brand initiatives.
Mba with 5+ years experience
Experience in developing and leading highly functional teams with ambitious goals.
Ability to showcase the financial and analytical literacy required to clearly articulate hypotheses that lead teams to winning strategies.
Experience managing brand strategies with significant experience connecting those strategies to business results.
Proven experience leading marketing with a commercially-oriented mindset.
Demonstrated experience managing brand strategy, media, digital/ecommerce, social media, creative development, customer acquisition and retention.
Strong communication skills both written and verbalAble to understand and synthesize complicated scenarios and output easy to understand, effective strategies.
Persuasive, collaborative - able to work across multiple stakeholders and influence drive brand-right implementation.
Great at building and maintaining relationships, fostering an environment of mutual respect, understanding, and trust.
Nimble and fast - able to balance priorities and move quickly in a rapidly changing environment with tight deadlines.
Entrepreneurial spirit - willingness to challenge the status quo in our highly disrupted business environment and move quickly to test and learn new strategies and tacticsThis also relates to a level of resourcefulness and proven ability to do a lot with a little.
Experience in handling fmcg products will be an added advantage.

Salary: ₹380,508.75 - ₹850,025.56 per year
