Hey! we’re cult.fitThe social media executive (contract) we’re looking for, would:
Be a lot-of-crazy-fun to work withWe have a lot of fun together as a team,
And get work done as a “by the way”.
Be an avid lover of linkedin & other social media: polls,
Thought-leadership, employee spotlighting, and employer branding campaigns being the highlights.
Be an inherently strong team player, who can work closely with
Copywriters and designers to bring ideas to life.
Be able to identify ‘interesting’ from the ‘mundane’.
Be a good listener, with excellent organizational and project management
Skills.
Be comfortable having multiple projects on their plates.
Be a constant learner, who is willing to put in the hours every week to stay
Updated on features and enhancements on all platformsYou observe, practice, and get better every day.
How do we work (social team)?
We’re a gig teamA combination of business managers, designers, copywriters, motion graphics professionals, and membersSome of us are in permanent positions, some of us are freelancing, and some of us are here for short-term projectsSome of us are in offices, some of us working remotelySocial media executives receive business briefs, form pods (or temporary project teams) with suitable resources (copywriters, designers, etc), and see the project through from thought-to-execution-to-analytics.
