Job summary
Sales enablement manager association and corporate markets - this role owns the process designed to develop and improve the performance of the organization`s sales forceThe sales enablement manager serves a key role in overseeing all the components of supporting the sales team and directing sales-related initiatives such as training, best practices, content, tools, and technology.
Essential duties and responsibilites
Directs / manages the training and enablement function
Plans and executes strategic level items such as sko, mysko
Demonstrates a keen familiarity with the buyer’s journey and overall market awareness
Provides the sales team with the necessary resources to allow them to maximize productivity and sales (content, tools, knowledge/information, training programs – etc)
Masters of the tools in their tech stack, and be able to communicate their functionality while also designing initiatives that support their adoption and track their designed usage
Partners with marketing for lead loading
Tracks sales enablement metrics and kpis
Knowledge and abilities required:
Experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas
Measurable experience with having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, length of sales cycle, etc.
Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches
Experience leading training & enablement teams; course curriculum, course development – etc.
Experience desired:
At least 5-7 years` experience in a similar field and role
Experience in a sales leadership or sales support role preferred
Experience in education best practices and distance learning a plus
Experience leveraging sales enablement tools for coaching and improving rep capabilities
Working with and supporting a diverse range of sales talent from entry level bdrs through to senior level reps
