Job description:
Joining organization in a senior capacity the successful sap finance (sap fi/co) solution architect will play a pivotal role in the sap finance consulting practiceHaving the key responsibility for the design of sap finance (sap fi/co) solutions, according to the customer`s needs, you will work closely with key finance business stakeholders to help bridge the gap to the sap finance (sap fi/co) sales, customer and delivery teams..
Roles and responsibilities:
Responsible for sap finance (sap fi/co) solution architecture design through business requirement translation for both pre and post-sale processes.
Lead finance design workshops with customers including senior leadership level stakeholders (sap fi/co)
Solution best-fit technologies and architecture strategies to maximize the success of the rfps and rfis.
Ability to participate with customer as finance architect and design authority.
Thought leadership and active participant in forums, seminars etc.
Skills and experience:
Finance & accounting background with chartered accountant or equivalent as qualification.
Extensive career delivering sap finance solutions (sap fi/co), proven project contributions as a functional sme / solution architect.
Experience in designing fico solutions in s/4hana for record to report, procure to pay and order to cash scenariosWith primary skills in financial and analytical sap systems, the ideal applicant will have s/4 hana exposure including s/4 hana central finance
Min of 10 years in sap finance (sap fi/co) with active progression upwards into an architect positionStrong consulting experienceMinimum 3 full lifecycle implementation experience of sap s/4hana solution for a large multinational enterprise.
Highly articulate, with the ability to engage across all levels of the business and teams, both internally and externally.
Candidate must also have strong cross functional and technical knowledge in multiple modules such as sap mdg, sap finance & controlling reports, financial consolidation systems, product costing and profitability analysis solutions.
Strong knowledge of ifrs reporting requirements and local gaap understanding / implementation for any specific country is a must.
Good knowledge and understanding of sap fiori apps in fico and high-level understanding of sap abap components is an added advantage and should be considered during evaluation.
