Conduct ux and cro audits on client websites to uncover strengths and opportunities for a/b testing
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various tools (google analytics, hotjar, ) to identify trends in customer pain points and potential root causes
Develop hypotheses and execute a/b or multivariate tests according to optimization strategies and testing plans
Monitor website traffic and engagement using google analytics and use website data to create reports and presentations for a broader marketing team.
Perform keyword research, discovery, and analysis
Study traffic and analytics to create data-driven ranking strategies for seo
Assist in website content changes using drupal
Aid in website design quality assurance as well as front end website implementation qa for a/b testing.
Understanding the role data plays in making marketing decisions and how data can be used to inform a/b tests (basic statistics knowledge a plus)
Has a basic understanding of the role each channel (paid social ads, sem, email marketing, etc.) plays in overall business success, and the unique strengths and weaknesses of each channel
Remain abreast of web marketing and user experience trends that can be translated into tests or projects for our own website.
Familiarity with basic html and css (preferred)
High attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2-3 years work experience in a digital marketing or other quantitative, analytical discipline such as consulting, market research, finance, operations, etc(preferred)
Competency `nice to haves`:
Familiarity with google suite (docs, slides, sheets)
Google analytics experience
Project management knowledge
