Zendesk’s award-winning product marketing team is looking for a technical solutions and developer product marketing manager! this role is responsible for developing narrative and value messaging that our technical audience is demanding! the candidate will partner with product, sales, solutions consultants, and enablement, to drive product discovery, tell our reliability, scale, and flexibility story and drive solutions that meet the needs of our most demanding customers.
Assist in developing the product marketing strategy and messaging for our technical products and developer offeringsCraft content which aligns with our overarching product narrative and addresses the key problems customers encounter.
Run point on zendesk’s developer marketing efforts across online and offline channels
Partner cross-functionally with sales, presales, services and partnership teams to launch new product solutions
Collaborate with content teams to develop relevant content that aligns with gtm strategy and can be used in campaigns, enablement and other customer interactions.
Partner with sales enablement to develop and deliver enablement for customer facing teams on product launches and sales plays
Drive awareness to integration partners for customers with complex requirements.
Skills and experience:
3-5 years of experience in product marketing at a high-tech company, or similarExperience with technical or developer marketing a plus
Customer first mentality and the ability to advocate for the customer’s needs across the business
Comfortable with saas technology and development concepts; development experience a plus
Strong technical background - especially in explaining technical concepts
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Experience with a developer audience (secondary audience)
Excellent writing and presentation skills - we love slides here at zendesk ;)
A strong attention to detail and knack for keeping things well organized
