Zendesk’s award-winning product marketing team is looking for a product marketing manager to develop and grow our zendesk suite product marketing programsThis role is responsible for developing narrative and value messaging centered around our suite offering, a package of the best product zendesk has to offer for customer serviceThe candidate will partner with product, campaigns, enablement, tech alliances and gtm to drive product discovery, pipeline and conversions.
Support and implement product marketing strategy for zendesk suite with a focus on new customer acquisition
Develop compelling narratives, positioning, and content to address key customer struggles and elevate zendesk`s differentiated value propositions
Find opportunities to promote zendesk`s free trial offer, optimize trial funnel, and help improve conversion for our suite solution
Collaborate with campaigns and content teams to develop relevant content that aligns with go-to-market strategy and can be used in campaigns, events, enablement, and product adoption programs.
Develop materials for executive briefings, sales leadership, videos, customer stories, sales scripts, messaging guides, pitch decks and analyst presentations.
Partner with sales enablement to develop and deliver materials and training for customer facing teams on product launches, sales plays and competitive takedowns.
Skills and experience:
3-5 years of experience in product marketing at a high-tech company, or similarExperience with product activation and adoption initiatives is a plus.
Customer-first mentality and the ability to advocate for the customer’s needs across the business
Strong communication and storytelling skills!
Proven leader who has demonstrated the ability to strategize and complete initiatives
Experience owning and building cross-functional marketing programs
Excellent writing and presentation skills!
A strong attention to detail and interest in keeping things well organized
