Zendesk’s award-winning product marketing team is looking for a product marketing manager - product solutions to partner with sales and sales enablement teams to drive enablement-related programsThis is an incredibly exciting opportunity to drive the way that zendesk sales teams pitch, position, and talk about the value that zendesk’s solution brings to the market.
In this role, you’ll work cross functionally with product marketing and sales enablement teams on a variety of product-enablement related projectsIt’ll be your responsibility to own the relationship between product marketing and sales enablement to ensure that we are delivering the right product information, programs, and enablement to sales teams so that they can deliver the value of our solutions effectively.
Some of what you’ll do at zendesk
Partner with sales enablement and product marketing to drive product enablement programs
Coordinate monthly and quarterly release product enablement programs
Work cross-functionally to develop and iterate on product trainings and certifications
Partner with sales enablement to design, develop, and deliver global new hire product training
Own zendesk’s pitch decks and related enablement programs
Create sales-related resources (datasheets, decks, and tools)
Analyze and synthesize sales calls and demos to identify areas of improvement
What you bring:
3-5 years of relevant product marketing or sales experience in a saas environment
Experience building and leading cross-functional programs
Excellent writing and presentation skills - we love slides here at zendesk!
The ability to manage multiple initiatives at the same time
A data-focused, analytical approach
A strong attention to detail and interest in keeping things well organized
An ability to shift gears quickly between thinking and doing
A strong customer obsession and focus on delivering value
A willingness to deal with obscure references and jokes!
