Role and responsibilities – admin assistant
organize and scheduling meetings and appointments for the director.
maintain an organized filing system of paper and emails.
coordinate travel arrangements for the teamDevelop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.
maintain various records and documents for the directorPrepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.
work closely on hr activities like hiring
