We are seeking a marketing manager who will bolster our presence with us students, families, and educational entitiesThe manager will define, develop, and execute yaizy’s digital marketing strategy with the end goal of converting yaizy’s brand awareness into acquisition.
The ideal candidate is passionate and skilled in digital advertising, detail-oriented, creative, and enjoys working with key partners to drive measurable resultsThey will bring keen analytical skills and creativity to each project, consistently analyzing data to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaignsLastly, the ideal candidate is well-versed in stakeholder managementThey enjoy building marketing strategies in collaboration with partners, and can rapidly earn trust and credibility with stakeholders, ranging from our global yaizy office to the awesome students and families who use yaizy to prepare for the future.
What to expect:
As yaizy continues to grow its presence in the united states, our marketing manager will spearhead marketing strategy, presence and brand voice across social media platforms, email marketing, influencer channels and moreThis role is full time with a projected start date of october 1st, 2021.
Our marketing manager will be responsible for the following ongoing tasks with the understanding that additional tasks will be added:
Working closely with paid media, platform, and sales teams to build digital acquisition journeys and communication strategies for sales
Manage all ongoing analytics pipelines for lead generation across multiple paid platforms
Build influencer marketing strategies across multiple platforms (youtube, facebook, google ads, ig, tiktok, etc;)
Manage paid media team as they test ongoing lead generation and lead nurture marketing theories
Working with lead designer/copywriter to build out ad generation strategy, approach and delivery timelines for fb, google, ig and linkedin
Build out cross selling marketing emails alongside sales team efforts
Manage monthly newsletter and new course announcements
Ongoing email segmentation templates
Nurture incoming leads and existing clients
Strategize student and parent referral programs
Experience in bringing a new brand’s voice, purpose, and personality to life through compelling marketing and advertising strategies
Track record in marketing new and differentiated brands from the ground up across different platforms
Experience in the following: social media marketing, influencer marketing, paid media, public relations, gorilla marketing
Self-started and team player who enjoys working collaboratively
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Able to connect dots across brand, product, and strategy
Strong presentation and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or similar
3+ years of experience in marketing
6,000/month base salary
15 days of pto annually
Reimbursement for health insurance up to $800/month
