The person will be part of the b2b logistics team and will help in partner management for specific regions across india.
The profile is of an individual contributorThe primary role of the person is to work closely with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure better experience for offline partners and improve csatThe person may also need to do partner visits as and when required.
Role & responsibilities
Work closely with internal stakeholders, which may include:
O identifying processes and guidelines that need to be streamlined to improve po to delivery tat
O partner issues are resolved smoothly
Work closely with partners, which may include:
O developing connect with partners to understand their needs and supporting them
O have periodic interactions with the partners to improve their satisfaction
O set right expectations to new partners
O managing any billing, delivery related escalations
Analyse the data and identify key insights and opportunity areas from the improvements
Track b2b partner orders, proactively assess delays, communicate to partners
Conduct partner visits, which may include:
O understanding market scenario
O understanding pain points of partners
Desired skills & experience
Good to have experience in electronics industry from a distribution and retail perspective
Should have worked in logistics industry in past
Partner relationship management
Should have business knowledge of b2b business
Proficient in excel and data analysis
Good communication and interpersonal skills
