To ensure success, people administrator should display strong problem solving and decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships, staffing management and payrollTop candidates will be fantastic at managing conflict, effective at scheduling and thorough in the recruitment process.
Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems
Allocate responsibilities and office space
Maintain administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees and assess supporting staff performance
Supervises clerical and administrative personnel by communicating job expectations, appraising job results and disciplining employees
Organising meeting and managing databases
Organising company events or conferences
Organising stationery and furniture
Dealing with correspondence complaints and queries
Preparing letters, presentations and reports
Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
Respond to incoming communications such as phone calls and emails
Providing assistance in filtering and forwarding communications to proper individuals and departments
Create written and types reports including memos and business letters
Assist in handling human resource activities including payroll and personal databases.
Maintain and order necessary office equipments and supplies as needed
Assist with all internal and external hr related inquiries or requests.
Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees` records.
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
Assist with performance management procedures.
Keep up-to-date with the latest hr trends and best practices.
Advance knowledge of productivity tools including microsoft office suit
Strong familiarity with office communication tools such as slack, rocketchat, jira, google suite, microsoft teams, etc
Ability to learn and use tools/equipments or office communication
Proven organisational skills and ability to maintain organisational methods
Highly dependable and trustworthy
Effective hr administration and people management skills.
Exposure to payroll practices.
Full understanding of hr functions and best practices.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, ms office and related business and communication tools.
