The srDigital marketing specialist (dms) will be part of a growing global digital marketing team charged with development, management and execution of key digital marketing programs designed to support each of our business segments in generating new business and supporting renewal efforts for our clinical effectiveness solutionsYou’ll manage the build and execution of end-to-end programs involving capturing and nurturing leads through the funnel through a variety of channels including digital advertising, email, webinars, events, and webWe’ll rely on you to keep our look fresh, while following brand guidelines, and upgrade our look using multimedia, personalization, and advanced platform featuresYou’ll be part of the launch of our account-based marketing strategy, leveraging leading edge tools to understand intent, build segments and execute campaigns to support the buying journeyYou’ll have marketing automation experience from a creative and analytical angle and will be expected to build and manage campaigns in a variety of platforms (abm, marketo, pathfactory)**this position is remote and can be based anywhere in the us** primary responsibilities: campaign building, execution, and insights
Work with cross-functional teams to support digital marketing initiatives on a global scale for our enterprise segments.
Build and manage end-to-end campaigns with multiple tactics and touchpoints (using automated triggers to connect ads and web content to email nurture campaigns).
Leverage account based marketing (abm) platform to develop segments, plan and execute campaigns by intent and funnel stage.
Set up and execute campaigns in marketo: email, landing pages, create audience lists, develop workflows, schedule deployments, analyze campaign performance and suggest improvementsDevelop trigger campaigns based on benchmark metrics and user behavior to increase key metrics.
Provide campaign support for webinars to ensure workflows are tightly aligned with registration and follow-up goalsProvide back-up technical assistance for in-platform set up.
Monitor campaign activity and provide program analytics to measure effectiveness of targeted outreach programs – report on a regular basis to identify trends and recommend program improvements.
Set strategy for audience building, avoiding overlap, and optimizing messaging
Evaluate campaigns regularly for performance and optimization
Establish a/b testing plans; execute, evaluate, optimize
Leverage web analytics to evaluate audience behavior, paid channel attribution, engagement, and acquisition.
Manage digital marketing spendOptimize spend, track individual ad spend to appropriate cost centersWhere applicable, responsible for facilitating insertion orders and contracts, monitoring fulfillment, and invoicing.

Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in marketing, communications or comparable degree or experience.
2-5 years’ experience working in a digital and enterprise marketing environment or team (healthcare experience highly desirable)
Demonstrated ability to work on marketing driven campaigns and programs
Experience with a variety of martech tools (abm, marketo, google ads, google analytics, pathfactory, brighttalk, heatmapping, conductor, sitecore)
Experience with html/css a plus
