What we are looking for:
Client service manager will be responsible for their specific assigned customer baseMembers of the team need to develop a long-lasting relationship with assigned client portfolioThe client service manager is responsible for all the processes within the department and need to collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and smooth delivery.
How you will make an impact:
Managing existing client relationships and growing the business from it staff augmentation perspective
Strengthen our ties, build relationships.
Handle multiple accounts/clients and build positive relationships.
Act as the main point of contact for all assigned clients.
Strong client-facing staffing experience in both hunting and farming.
Have been responsible for the end-to-end client relationship.
Develop a long-lasting relationship with the assigned client portfolioHave created a sales plan for generating revenueManaging the p&l for the assigned customers
Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
Find opportunities and be responsible for upselling and cross-selling for the defined customer base.
Collaborate with internal teams to deal with customers’ needsAlso, work closely with business development teams to identify and grow opportunities within territory/ market.
Forecasting and maintain a strong pipeline.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Who you are:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in it staffing business development/account management
Experience with contractual staffing is preferred.
Proven business development/account management experience with recruitment background and staff augmentation environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients/requirements at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
