Job responsibilities:
1Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
2Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
3Define the most important social media kpis.
4Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
5Manage and oversee social media content.
6Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
7Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
8Coordinate and work with copywriters and designers to ensure informative and appealing content.
9Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news).
10Collaborate with other teams to get the best output in planning and work quality.
11Communicate with industry influencers via social media to create a strong network.
12Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout).
13Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
14Create, run and manage the social media ads with roi.
15Prepare monthly reports of all the clients in a set format.
