Create and manage project plans to ensure on-time delivery
Communicate clearly and consistently with customers and internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis, including discussing technical concepts with non-technical stakeholders
Ensure alignment of ongoing project work with strategic account plan
Contribute to the continual improvement of the user experience through site analytics, end-user observation and customer feedback
Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions
Build shared success plans and provide valuable insights, thoughtful recommendations and product expertise to our customers on a regular basis
Qualifications
5+ years experience in the software industry
Project/program management responsibilities for large corporate customers
A service-oriented mindset — you’re positive and care about the needs of our customers and your teammates
Demonstrated performance delivering high customer satisfaction
Strong and proven organizational and program management skills within a software development environment
Ability to understand and communicate detailed business and technical requirements between external and internal audiences
Hands on experience with agile methodologies and proven leadership skills
Enjoy working in an ambiguous, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
Self-motivated, strong attention to detail, and a desire to produce the highest quality work
Experience working with off-shore teams
