About the role
For patients who seek care from voya health, we want to deliver an experience that absolutely wows them and delivers the highest quality careIn this position, you will play an active role in managing a team, tools, and processes centering around ensuring that the work products continue to meet and exceed the high standards of usability and performance consistentlyYou’ll also support the development team by ensuring that the defects are properly documented, aid in easy reproduction and debuggingYou would be working with various stakeholders to facilitate go/no-go decisions.
Additionally, you’ll be involved with the design and implementation of quality processes that help better the organization and resource allocation towards both functional and automated test-driven developmentAs a team – we`ll need to ensure the best quality of work products while maintaining the highest level of service.
Ensuring compliance with product requirements
Training, mentoring and managing the qa team
Conduct regular meetings with the qa team to gather status and highlight relevant issues to the stakeholders
Plan and strategize testing activities to ensure adequate case coverage within desired time period
Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
Review current standards and policies
Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
Ensure all legal standards are met
Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections
Proven experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant role of 10+ years
Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
Good knowledge of ms office and databases
Good grasp of tools and technologies used in manual and automated testing
Good analytical and documentation skills
Outstanding communication skills
Great attention to detail and a results-driven approach
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Reliable and trustworthy
Bsc/ba in business administration or relevant field
Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (iso 9000 etc.)
