Manage multiple warehouse’s independentlyIn this role٫ we seek outstanding organizational
And operational skillsWe expect candidate to be an excellent communicator who understands
Warehouse needs and fulfil the requirementsSetting up standard process in assigned
Warehouses and ensuring smooth operations
Role & responsibilities:
 strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
 responsible and accountable for multiple (minimum 4) warehouse operations (including
Logistics, procurement, packing, dispatch, delivery team)
 manage and monitor warehouse manager’s in assigned locations.
 territory manager is soul responsible for stock leakage, stock damage, stock management
In their assigned locations.
 managed a team of warehouse department, including vendors who working in the
Particular dc’s.
 conducting team meetings in regular basis and monitor day to day activities
 submitting reports to hod’s in a timely manner
 completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees in
Assigned locations.
 contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
 liaise with inter departments and head office to ensure day to day activities are completed.
 verify / validate a po (purchase order) in a timely manner
 train, guide and evaluate new team members.
 maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new ideas;
Inspecting department works.
 safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security
Procedures and protocols

Skills required:

Experience as a territory manager / warehouse manager is mandatory.
 degree / masters is mandatory
 ability to implement new strategies
 communication skills
 adaptability
 good leadership and organizational ability
 analysis and problem assessment
 judgment and decision making skills

Job location: krishnagiri, davangere, chikmagaluru, udupi, haveri

Job type: full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
