Assists customers with their spectrum erp system.
Monitors, tracks, and documents customer support calls and related activities in salesforce.
Ability to condense fact from the vapor of nuance (i.eUsing deductive reasoning, troubleshooting, and technical language interpretation) to identify the customer’s issue and resolve it.
Develops knowledge base articles to document troubleshooting steps and common solutions to frequent calls for use by customers and peers.
Ability to quickly develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of the spectrum suite of software products and remain current on product updates.
Demonstrated ability to empathize with customers, actively listen, and the ability to de-escalate stressful situations.
Excellent problem-solving skills, a strong customer-service orientation and commitment to ensuring timely, quality solutions to customer issues.
Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them clearly to individuals with varied backgrounds and skill levels.
Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality, presents numerical data effectively, and can read and interpret written information.

Bachelor or associate degree in business with an emphasis in business, accounting, construction management or other relevant discipline.
Strong understanding of general business, accounting and hr principle.
Intermediate level of experience with core ms office suite (outlook, word, excel)
Bonus points for any of the following:
Construction accounting experience.
Basic sql exposure.
Prior erp experience.
Experience using spectrum.
Being the person that everyone else brings their technical problems to.
