We are looking for a self-driven and experienced senior vice president, marketing to join our growing marketing teamThis position is to be based remotelyThis full-time position will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and efforts to strengthen the company`s market position and achieve desired business goalsThis individual will report to our chief revenue officer
Develop a comprehensive global marketing strategy and execute a sophisticated marketing plan that aligns with the company’s revenue goals, while effectively leading all marketing functions including branding, demand generation, brand management, communication/pr, sponsorships, events, and design
Partner closely with cro and leaders in sales, partnerships, account management and revenue operations in support of revenue and growth objectives
Develop and execute annual marketing plans relative to pipeline health resulting in exponential growth in mqls and monthly recurring revenue
Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns
Forecast future metrics including mqls, opportunities, pipeline, and closed won business and provide timely updates to the revenue leadership team
Provide executive leadership in identifying, analyzing, and qualifying winning strategies for adding new business
Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative pr strategies
Recurrent reporting of metrics and performance to executive team
Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
Set current and long-term goals for internal teams
Develop, manage, and review the marketing department’s budget
Forecast hiring needs for the marketing department
Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives

Ba/bs in marketing, communications, or equivalent working experience
10+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role required
Demonstrated experience leading and scaling a successful marketing function within a hyper-growth company
5+ experience in saas b2b marketing including direct experience in demand generation, branding, and communications strategies and all related activities accelerating b2b lead quantity and quality
Demonstrated experience in planning, managing, and executing multi-channel, multi-segment marketing campaigns
Confident and dynamic leader of a team of marketing professionals
Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns resulting in exponential growth
Experience with crm software and digital marketing tools and techniques (salesforce experience ideal)
Excellent communications skills and collaborating across all levels
Strong analytical and project management skills
Strategic and creative mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions
Serious attention to detail
Business proficiency in the english language required
