The revenue operations team is seeking a driven and detail-oriented marketing automation specialist who will be focused on building and executing marketing programs in marketoThis will largely focus on creation of emails/landing pages, testing/troubleshooting to ensure proper execution, and reporting on campaign performanceOther responsibilities include optimizing our existing processes and building and implementing new multi-platform workflowsOur ideal candidate is someone with strong automation experience, who is meticulous about details and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Act as marketo subject matter expert in activities including, but not limited to:
Building email drip campaigns
Building landing pages
List building (including understanding segmentation that drives engagement)
Building forms and optimizing conversion rates
Identify and implement audience acquisition, curation, and segmentation techniques to effectively grow, nurture, and maintain audiences
Report on and track digital analytics through the marketing funnel and its impact on sales pipeline and bookings
Provide insightful reporting, analysis and core metric dashboards; work with team to ensure understanding of campaign and business issues and priorities
Adopt a “test and learn” approach to campaign design in order to maximize results and establish best practices
Work with the manager, marketing operations to set-up and execute the overall marketing strategy
Continuously evaluate emerging digital technologies and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Relevant ba/bs degree or equivalent work experience
1-3 years’ experience in marketing automation / operations, marketo preferred (certification a bonus!)
Familiar with salesforce and marketo-salesforce integration
Experience understanding and building complex workflows across multiple platforms
Demonstrated skill managing cross-functional projects and communicating to meet deadlines
Excellent writing, presentation and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities related to multiple projects at once and work collaboratively across organizational lines
