Success in the role: what are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
Vmware continues to build and invest in national solution provider (nsp) partners in the americas through strategic programs and routes to market to drive a world-class experience for partners and customersTop vmware partners are seeing significant growth across their business in license bookings, saas and subscription, services consulting, and managed servicesAs the team lead working with a large nsp, you will make use of highly focused and experienced account management teams, dedicated marketing, engineering resources, and gain substantial executive-level commitment.
In the srNational partner manager role, you will lead the insight partnership and be responsible for national consistency and engagement, strategic relationship, and total partner experienceEmphasis is on driving sales execution through insight call centers and field sales teamsAdditionally, you are responsible for effective sales engagement, growing and nurturing relationships with the partner sales, technical sales, and marketing leadershipPerformance will be measured with monthly/quarterly results, linearity of sales over the quarter, pipeline growth, vmware sales capacity within insight’s sales force (sales and tech certification), and forecasting accuracy.

Set national account strategy and direction
Coordinate national sales coverage and drive local sales execution
Establish key metrics for sales, enablement and marketing
Serve as the partner’s single point of contact
Lead day to day operations including presenting to partners, developing proposals and negotiating agreements
Creation and delivery of accurate quarterly and annual forecasts and account plans
Establish highly strategic, thoughtful and deliberate business plans within the existing framework of our transactional and metrics oriented business model
Corporate resellers are highly strategic partners and have complex requirements requiring excellent organization and documentation skills
Responsible for the master strategy and ensuring the strategy is executed

The srNational partner manager is responsible for driving the overall partner strategyIn this role, you will have influence and presence in the entire business and lead the team in driving strategy and meeting performance objectives & key results (okrs)It is expected that the srNational partner manager will communicate effectively across cross-functional teams to ensure the business is agile and adapting to the partner go-to-market, market shifts, and vmware outcomes-based solutions.

Remote: this role is fully remote and can be done anywhere in phoenix, arizona major metropolitan; phoenix, chandler, gilbert, queen creek, tempe, cave creek, anthem.
