Customer success program manager, cloudhealth by vmware
Cloudhealth by vmware is looking for a top-tier customer success program manager with significant experience in both project management and customer success process development in a global, fast-growing hybrid saas software and technology environmentThis role will report into our customer success organizationThe vision of the customer success organization is to build a community of champions for the platform by driving positive outcomes and experience.

Success in the role: what are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
Immediately and in an ongoing manner you will:
Onboard quickly and efficiently utilizing live and pre-recorded trainings at your disposal in order to learn the business and the current processes / challenges of the customer success team.
Develop a solid understanding of cloudhealth and vmware team interconnections and build relationships with key decision makers.
Own and orchestrate a strategic internal enablement and professional skill building program designed to develop and promote world-class customer success best practices.
Assist the sr director of customer success with m&a integration efforts, helping to execute on a “one vmware” mindset.
Think strategically and creatively about solutions to common problems and offer up industry best practices based on historical experiences.
Deliver on key program milestones on a quarterly basis and produce regular status reports that are audience appropriate to communicate with executives and stakeholders.
Exhibit a growth mindset on a continuous basis and be adaptable to change.

As part of cloudhealth’s world-class customer success organization, you will:
Drive meticulous documentation and project planning, rapidly creating timelines, project plans, updates, focus on using consistent collaboration platforms and tools for scale and efficiency.
Organize and lead cross-functional teams to establish and reinforce strong guiding principles, governance, and operating models.
Work closely with cs leadership, business operations, finance, legal, product, sales, and enablement teams - both within cloudhealth and the greater vmware organization - to streamline the team’s adoption and success/risk planning motions.
Sponsor customer-centric operational initiatives to maximize focus on customer experience and value realization.
Identify connective tissue between workstreams and how teams should work together.
Manage workstream dependencies by forcing collisions and collaboration across multiple teams until an accepted solution is in place.
Bring major gaps and risks to leadership for discussion, decision and closure.
Execute on projects aimed at the improvement of operational metrics such as health scores, nps, risk indicators, success planning, value realization, and product adoption.
