Position: regional / branch manager for overseas education consultancy

Location: bangalore / hyderabadExp: minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in overseas education and / or immigration consultancy.
Qualification: graduation or aboveNon graduate candidates with good extra-curricular activities, sports, etc will also be considered.
Responsibilities:
Managing complete admission process: prospecting, counselling, admission, orientation & support.
Counselling for prospective applicants and their parents, over the phone, video calls and in person, during the admission process.
Excellent knowledge of the visa process for international student applicants is a must.
Previous experience with managing relationship with international universities admissions department.
Good knowledge of admission process for universities in uk, canada, ireland, us, and australia(minimum two countries mandatory).
Good contacts with colleges and universities in bangalore, hyderabad, and other south indian cities.
Campus visits in south indian cities for promotion and on-the spot admissions build, manage and train the team of counsellors and office staff responsible for cold calling and handling of student enquiries.
Helping students to choose right course in right university/college regular follow up with leads converting students and enquiries to admissions regular activities to convert negative leads into positive leads.
Willingness to work extra time, if required, to achieve targetsMinimum 2-days per week face-to-face meetings, counselling, seminars etc
Requirements:
Good contacts with colleges and universities in bangalore, hyderabad, and other south indian cities is a must.
Proven record of good admission conversion in previous jobs confident to achieve individual targets and encourage team to achieve its targets prepare counselling material proficiency in facebook and whatsapp for social media marketing and to maintain company’s facebook page.
Advanced knowledge of using computer and microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint) applicationsProficiency in preparing marketing material for the organization and partnering institutions.
Excellent communication in english, hindi, kannada/telugu is a must.
Certifications in international admissions counselling .
