Managing the full recruitment cycle(from hiring to the exit).
Develop and implement hr strategies.
Bridge management and employee relations.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Develop and monitor overall hr strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Report to management and provide decision support through hr metrics.
Proven working experience as hr or hr field.
People oriented and results driven.
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Degree in human resources or related field.
Qualification - mba in hr
Exp- min4 year
Salary- min25k to max30k (in hand)
Age - not more then 32 years
Location - phase 8- b industrial area
Only male candidate with experience is required only.
