The associate account manager is responsible for assisting the sales & account management team with ensuring retention and growth of our clients as well as collaborating with other departments to support a phenomenal user-journey.
Duties and responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day business aspects of an assigned client base.
Maintain thorough and current documentation associated with assigned account base, leveraging crm platform and keep internal teams apprised of account status, as appropriate.
Proactively propose solutions as well as respond with a sense of urgency to client requests to address issues or problems through the identification and coordination of resources.
Understand the strategies, dynamics, challenges, goals, and needs of the client’s business to help meet their organization’s well being needs.
Credibly and accurately represent and articulate vital worklife’s solutions to external audiences.
Perform various administrative duties such as meeting recaps and data reporting.
Support the sales & account management team by implementing, managing, and executing various department projects.
Manage new business and client renewal set up and assist new client launch activities.
Address issues or problems through the identification and coordination of resources.
Document implementation processes and best practices to enable standardized, repeatable, consistent execution.
Create presentations on program or project goals and plans, including progress reports to project and company leadership.

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience.
Minimum of 2 years in a consultative customer service or account management role.
Proficient in microsoft office suite.
Background in behavioral health, healthcare, wellness, insurance, benefits, human resources, or employee assistance.
Experience working in crm and workflow management software.
