Full job description
Scope: responsible for all administrative tasks and maintaining of internal hr systems that keep the hr function running; all along upkeeping the useready values.
Accountabilities:
· execution of end-to end onboarding and induction of new joiners
· upkeep of employee records
· own administrative aspects of hr policies and benefits, for eg mediclaim, bgv’s, assessment & appraisal, exit management, employee communication etc.
· work with stake-holding functions of hr for seamless functioning of hr ops.
· support hrbp’s in running organization wide events and programs, reward and recognitionWork with hrbp’s for to ensure timely information availability for maintaining hr records up-to-date.
· provide feedback on improvements and drive culture of continuous improvement
Additional information:
1Primary skills: a degree or certification in hr/social scienceGood command in ms office skills, and any hr erp toolsStrong in communication, stakeholder management, resourcefulnessManaging priorities and eye for detail.
3Experience range: 1 - 2 yrs in hr operations in a mid-size firm is must.
4Reporting manager: hrbp (hr operations manager)
5Travel: occasional for any hr programs
