Urban holiday is currently seeking a retail sales account manager to join our teamWe are a year-round design and display firm with a strong focus on the christmas seasonOur clients include retail environments, commercial office spaces, hotels, malls and restaurant venues.
We are looking for a self-motivated sales professional to focus on the retail display market while developing opportunities for business within all facets of our industryThe ideal candidate will come onboard with an existing list of contacts, knowledge of the retail industry and the ability to cold callOur core values include creativity, craftsmanship, passion, strong client relationships, professionalism and a collaborative process.

Responsibilities
Identify and generate sales leads
Grow existing client relationships through multi season programs and services
Develop and execute sales strategies and presentations
Perform client research to tailor fit our services and capabilities to the needs of the client
Meet with prospective and existing clients to secure their business.
Generate sales proposals
Work closely with the office team to develop design concepts and presentation materials.
Manage each client’s program from concept to completion through office communication and follow up
Networking with clients at events and outings
Create and set sales goals and track progress to attain them
Communicate updates, progress and new business to president
Knowledge skills and abilities
Strong presentation skills in face to face meetings and remote opportunities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in microsoft office applications
Good listening skills to best understand clients’ vision, project specifications and budget.
Ability to successfully cold call
Possess an interest in design
Ability to identify and resolve issues early in the sales process
Ability to create and set goals and track
Experience
Display sales experience preferred
Experience working with visual merchandising executives/manager
Track record of increased revenue
