Job summary this position develops, leads, and enhances admission and enrollment technology product solutions within and in conjunction with university-wide student information systems, including peoplesoft campus solutions, hyland onbase, and various crm and other software platformsThis position will enhance technical support and operations of various processes, including querying, business process analysis, needs assessment, data analysis and reporting, and may also be called on to develop cross-platform solutions involving prospect, applicant, and student dataMinimum education and experience bachelor’s degree and two to three years of enterprise application experience and one to two years of systems operations experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experiencePreferred education and experience
Experience leading technical project development and documenting, training, managing, and supporting enterprise application systems such as peoplesoft campus solutions, hyland onbase ecm, salesforce, oracle, or similar systems
Experience with writing and editing sql queries
Experience with electronic document, workflow, and/or web form development, and/or with process improvement
Experience working in higher education enrollment management or a related field
Essential duties and responsibilities
Develop and drive enterprise system improvements including peoplesoft campus solutions and hyland onbase to improve the daily functioning of recruitment and admission operations.
Create, configure, run, and maintain system jobs and processes; work as part of a team and act as back-up for jobs and processes initiated and managed by other team members.
Perform system maintenance, upgrade testing and troubleshooting, including outside regular business hours, as needed.
Analyze and utilize enterprise systems that interface with peoplesoft campus solutions, hyland onbase, and salesforce to create cross-platform processes and solutions.
Lead admissions-related user group meetings and communicate directly with enrollment stakeholders and academic departments across campus.
Serve in a back-up role for the enterprise system content management functional lead.
Work both independently and in partnership with other enrollment technology team members to proactively identify possible breakpoints for current processes, troubleshoot issues, and develop future solutions from research to implementation stages.
Document operational processes and convey technical concepts to non-technical users.

High business acumen in dealing with co-workers and vendors of varying technical levels and project engagement;
Ability to lead and deliver elegant and concise technical solutions by engaging stakeholders and forming appropriate cross-functional teams;
Ability to work independently on system bug fixes and deliver process improvement solutions;
Strong initiative to resolve errors and seek methods to improve functionality for end users.
