Understanding project requirements and attending project training
Developing level 1 help desk scripts
Responsive and effective communication with external stakeholders; (i.eData submitters, oqps users)
Reporting on help desk metrics
Support development of training materials for data submitters and oqps users
Work collaboratively with project team members to identify and resolve defects
Support development of project documentation including the data submitter guide and issues log
Possess excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business users in a clear and concise manner
Facilitate meetings, as needed
Provide guidance/assistance to team members where needed to help ensure issues are resolved by assigned due dateEscalate concerns with ability to meet due dates to pm
Research issues and cases to determine root cause and provide impact analysis for ongoing issues, changes, and requests for new functionality

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
3+ years in customer service support
3+ years of experience with healthcare data including eligibility, provider and encounter data for commercial, medicaid and medicare
1+ years of servicenow experience
1 + years of incident management process and sla reporting
Proven experience using bi / dw tools – (e.gTableau,sql)
Solid understanding of federal, state, and hipaa regulations with respect to the reporting and access of sensitive information (phi)
Proficient in ms office (word, excel, access, powerpoint, ms project, visio, sharepoint)
Experience in industry standard transactions such as x12 (999, 837, 834, 277), hl7 or ncpdp
Experience with devsuite or other finding/defect tracking tools
Experience with defect remediation process and testing
Experience in grouping data, benchmark data, shadow pricing or geocoding
Familiar with data warehouse concepts, designs & etl processes
Understanding of relational databases and database structures
Familiar with sdlc and agile methodologies
Proactive problem solver and critical thinker with excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills
Good interpersonal skills and highly motivated and self-directed
Good written and oral communication skills
