Make outbound phones to collect clinical information for medicare part d appeal requests

High school diploma/ged or higher
Active state board of pharmacy licensure in state of residence
1+ years of pharmacy technician experience
Intermediate proficiency or better with microsoft office
Previous experience as a pharmacy technician in retail, hospital, specialty pharmacy
Certification by the pharmacy technician certification board
