As the product manager, you will have a leading role in 1 or more products and agile teamsYou’ll be responsible for maximizing the value of the product and the work of the development teamYou’ll define product development roadmaps in support of the business and technology strategy, own and sustain the product backlog, and collaborate constantly with internal and external partners including development, design, ux designers, operations, and senior leadership – all in order to provide best-in-class products in emerging technology domainsThe product manager is tightly coupled with leaders who are accountable for the business case and platform solution implementationThis position offers the opportunity to join an emerging department and work on new technology and digital health applications that dramatically improve the security, simplicity, speed, efficiency or experience of health care.

Develop implementation strategy, product development roadmap and backlog for emerging technology products in collaboration with stakeholders and senior leadership
Envision, define and communicate the product roadmapEvangelize the product vision with new ideas and product features
Manage product planning and development through day-to-day collaboration and decision making within cross-functional agile teams including architects, developers, designers and business or subject matter representatives
Generate or contribute to all product, project, and platform artifacts for product development and management (business cases, product showcases, user stories, requirements, flow document)
Collect voice of customer feedback and perform data-driven prioritization of features that meet business needs; set minimal viable product releases
Promote agile product management processes, and develop detailed presentations, requirements, project plans and use cases accounting for all scenarios of a product release
Define and analyze metrics that measure and benchmark product success
Create data flows and functional and technical specifications as needed
Work on defining the acceptance criteria of a product feature
Monitor technical performance throughout product development and partner with engineering to ensure acceptance criteria is met
Work with engineering and qa to align on feature sizing and delivery planning
Perform validation of feature against customer and business goals and acceptance criteria
Identify, develop and document a timeline around dependencies and constraints
Define and deliver on a successful go-to-market strategy including awareness, growth, and engagement campaigns
Stay abreast of new emerging technology capabilities and leverage knowledge in contributing to product solutions

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of direct experience in product management, including all aspects of product delivery and product operations
3+ years of direct experience of working with agile development teams in an onshore-offshore matrix environment
Experience and ability in managing business relationships and stake holders
Experience with identity and access management products highly desirable
Proficient in ms office tools, aha, rally
Ability to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment
Health care insurance background
Solid technical skills (cloud) and ability to pick up new technologies quickly is beneficial
Solid requirements gathering skills
Ability to work with ambiguity and changing priorities
Demonstrated passion for customer satisfaction, quality driven agile products, and winning in the marketplace
Solid analytical, problem-solving and financial analysis skills
