What success looks like in this role:
This is a basic-level position in deskside support• strives for high levels of client satisfaction for the products/solutions supported• capable of addressing questions regarding the installation, configuration and customization of the supported product sometimes with reference to others• responds to simple problems in a timely and accurate manner• develops good skill level of expertise on issues and solutions being supported• may research and resolve higher level support (sa4) issues as required with supervision• may work on billable engagements • has awareness of new services available • escalates product issues to a more senior analyst of the group when unable to resolve them with available tools and skills• attempts to reproduce reported problems• documents resolutions to reported problems• has awareness of applicable work products and activities• identifies product and documentation deficiencies• the incumbent may produce the following artifacts: • support requests (contacts) • trouble reports and service knowledge with stringent slas.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
• requires a bachelor’s degree and one year experience • develops competence by performing structured work assignments • uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems • receives instruction, guidance and direction from others
