What success looks like in this role:
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for internal reporting which satisfies the requirements of client groups
Sets and directs action plans
Understands functional concepts and drives results
Encourages others to consider innovative alternatives and contributes to business strategy
May manage one or more teams of professionals
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree with major in finance, accounting, economics or business administation (required); and a minimum of 8 years of experience in related area
In some roles, certified public accountant (cpa) preferred
Familiarity with common financial systems and experience in system interaction
Experience working in a global organization (preferred)
Experience in managing a team of professionals may be required in some roles
Effective communication skills expressed through conversation, instructing, written memos, written work instructions and flow charts
Strong presentation skills including the ability to successfully represent data and ideas
Ability to work in a team environment and lead special projects
