Full job description
1Generate new business from top rated clients for executing their office fitout workOffering fitout as a service’, sale & lease back of existing fitout, dry & wet leases would some of the focused business sourcing areas.
2Establish, develop and maintain relationships at cxo level (chief financial officers, chief real estate officersProcurement heads).
3Work with the national business head to understand and deliver on internal business requirements.
4Frame the overall sales and bd consultative methodology.
5Make alliances with oems such as (steelcase, featherlite etc.) to generate leads.
6Work closely with ipcs, develop and manage relationships to generate leads.
7Make sales pitch for the organization with the sound knowledge of maximizing the roi and minimizing the risk.
8Maintain consistent sales growth by continuously establishing new accounts and retaining existing accounts.
9Prepare and present powerful, persuasive sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of skootr finsave.
10Create and execute a strategic business plan that meets and exceeds the established sales.
