Delegated work: event management for india – he coordinates and organizes requirements in place for the success of the event
Manage office supplies stock and place orders
Cafeteria and pantry management, travel and vendor management
Maintain and update company databases – parking, works station allocation, asset management, amc and agreement.
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Address the queries and receives feedback from the employees and clients, for the process improvement.
Distribute/mail handling (e.gLetters, emails and packages)
Coordinate and organize in-house and external events
Facility up-keep and contract staff management
Handling onboarding process (delivery of offer acceptance gift, giftbox, laptop bag and laptop) and exit process (reverse pickups )
Co-ordination and assistance to the internal stakeholder.
Worked on finding new spaces for the upcoming office in bangalore.
Contribution in iso and soc2 audit.
Requirements
4 to 5 years of relevant experience
Graduate or post graduate in any discipline
