We are looking for an expert people research scientist to join our people science team, a team that specializes in conducting in-depth research and applying advanced analytics to understand and influence employee experience and behaviors, find opportunities for intervention, and partners with product and engineering to build scalable solutions that enable data-driven business decisions.

What you`ll do
Apply your quantitative skills, data science techniques and research methodologies to enrich understanding and improve prediction of employee motivation and behaviors
Partner with our people decision science team to translate business problems into research questions, craft appropriate research, experiments, or analytical approaches to provide actionable insights across the enterprise
Partner closely with engineering and product teams to define, prototype and build data science products with balanced and scalable impact
Communicate data insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders and influence business decisions; be a scientific thought leader in the people function
Basic qualifications
Master or phd degree in a quantitative discipline, such as industrial/organizational psychology, behavioral economics, labor economics, experimental psychology, organizational behavior, education, management, quantitative ux, and any other people related field
2+ years experience in the field of people analytics, people science, or human capital consulting
Experience using r or python to manage and analyze structured and unstructured data
Preferred qualifications
Phd with 3+ years of experience, or ms with 5+ years of experience working as an applied quantitative researcher or data scientist, ideally in high-tech industry
Expertise in experiment design, nudging, natural language processing (nlp), or organizational network analytics (ona) strongly preferred
Working experience in management/human capital consulting or people analytics preferred
Able to translate business objectives into actionable analyses and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Able to navigate through ambiguity, adapt effectively to changing situations, and innovate in solving complex problems
