We`re looking for someone like that to:
Be part of our group treasury operations team in hyderabad;
Perform a suite of controls, aimed at the accurate and timely identification of risk exceptions;
Be responsible for running daily reconciliations and exception reports, flagging and resolving any errors in our daily processes, identifying and escalating risks;
Identify significant drivers of exceptions to facilitate the timely resolution of breaks;
Follow escalation protocol and assist with the resolution delivery;
Collaborate effectively with partner functions to enhance the process and eliminate recurring issues
Ensure t0 trade data integrity (completeness, accuracy and timeliness);
Facilitate remediation with front office functions, finance, and other operations teams.
You’ll be working in the group treasury operations team in hyderabad which is a middle office function aligned to the group treasury divisionThe team offers a fast paced and challenging work environmentGroup treasury is responsible for the efficient management of the firm`s financial resourcesTheir mandate encompasses the management, control and optimization of capital liquidity, funding and inter-group engagement across the bank and associated legal entities.
A clear communication style with good written and oral communications skills (english required);
A good understanding of financial markets, financial products and related processes;
Familiarity with settlements processes would be a plus;
Working knowledge of contract compare, trade support, billing, collateral middle office trade lifecycle;
Working knowledge of system like equilend, pirum, globalone;
Strong organizational skills;
An innovative approach to solving day-to-day process problems;
A `can do` attitude;
Adequate computer skills (microsoft office products, alteryx, etc.).
Able to communicate effectively to all audiences in english, both in person and remotely;
A dedicated team player and able to collaborate across functions to deliver strategic changes;
Organized and good at time management;
Proactive, driven and results-oriented;
Highly responsible, self-motivated, efficient and able to work under pressure;
Able to take ownership of the design and operating effectiveness of key controls and processes;
Able to identify root causes of issues and drive/implement changes;
Able to cover emea time zone.
