The account management team at tmb is seeking an account manager to join our growing team.
In this role, you are responsible for the customer lifecycle of tmb digital, streaming and social business from rfp through campaign renewalYou will own the pre- and post- sale process, spanning media planning, io processing, asset collection, performance, billing and wrap-upsYou serve as the point of contact, both internal and external, for all sales support related inquires on your assigned accountsReporting to the senior director of client services, you will work closely with sales, marketing, activation, data and adops, making you a crucial part of tmb’s growth and overall success.
Responsible for pre-sale media planning and post-sale campaign management and execution
Strategize rfp response in partnership with sales & marketing, providing thoughtful product recommendations to align with client kpis
Execute all aspects of assigned tmb media campaigns including order entry, asset collection, screenshots, client reporting and optimization recommendations
Provide excellent client service and serve as campaign primary point of contact both internally and externally
Coordinate with adops team on delivery and performance of campaigns across all channels
Compile campaign wrap-up reports to drive renewal
Manage monthly billing and 3rd party reconciliation for campaigns
1-2 years experience in media/advertising
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with conflicting priorities in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Excellence in customer service and communication with clients, both written and verbal
Proficient in media math and ms office applications, especially excel and powerpoint
Extremely detail oriented and producer of high quality of work
Knowledge of gam, springserve, boostr, moat, doubleverify, ias, nativo a plus
Familiarity with social platforms and custom content campaigns a plus
