Full job description
This position is responsible for assisting in the management and support of trubridge clinical help desk and related initiatives.
Within thrive and thrive ux, troubleshoot clinical issues, open situations, and be liaison between evident staff and the site.
Triage situations and direct to correct queue.
Write work requests for clinical situations
Build, revise, and convert clinical items within thrive and thrive ux

Develop and foster positive inter-divisional relationships

2-year degree or equivalent experience;
Evident ehr clinical application experience.
Evident ehr situation management experience.
