As srMarketing communications manager – motive, you will drive pipeline growth by bringing new and existing motive battery products to market through creative, targeted, digital marketing campaigns, while crafting clear positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audienceYou will design and deliver end-to-end demand generation and nurture campaigns.
Reporting to the director, marketing and communications , this role works cross-functionally with product management, marketing, sales, customer support and other marketing stakeholders to oversee the successful implementation of marketing campaigns within the motive battery industry verticals that include: low speed electrical vehicles, healthcare, education, retail, and constructionA strong background in digital demand generation will be pivotal for successThis is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, creative and engaged marketing team.
He/she is passionate to drive growth for electrical energy storage for renewables, electrical vehicle/motive and stationary markets.
Become a trojan® battery product marketing communication expert – you should understand our motive batteries’ capabilities and value propositions to different stakeholders in the buying process
Act as a customer advocate in communicating the value proposition of trojan® motive batteries and specific features to the different personas to which we market
Craft the story behind trojan® motive batteries and their value proposition based on a deep understanding of vertical market drivers, customer needs and trojan® product capabilities
Be a prolific content creator, both producing pieces individually and managing third parties to produce campaign content, presentations, technical white papers, blogs and videos
Create and implement measurable marketing programs that generate leads, nurture our database and drive demand for our motive battery products
Measure, analyze and report on campaign performance, iterating and optimizing on an ongoing basis
Develop internal sales enablement and distribution content and training sessions ensuring relevant stakeholders understand product functionality and how to position potential prospects
Ensure successful product release and launch communications as well as refine our ongoing marketing strategies and execution
Research competitive products and ensure internal stakeholders have the appropriate training and content to effectively position trojan® products against the competition
Bachelor’s degree or higher
6+ years of demonstrated success in digital marketing communication or related experience
Experience executing b2b demand generation programs using a mix of inbound and outbound channels
Experience with hands-on digital content development of short form video’s, long form story’s, blogs, on-line product demos, sales presentation material and other forms of content designed for external and internal consumption
Skilled storyteller who can craft compelling messages across personas and audiences
Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with multiple audiences, from c-level to entry level, both internal and external
Demonstrated ability to build and then drive an execution plan
Self-motivated and doesn’t wait for prescriptive direction; capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting set deadlines
Strong business acumen, as well as strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to draw conclusions based on data
Experienced with microsoft office (i.eTeams, onenote, excel, powerpoint, etc.)
Global awareness with the ability to interface with international markets
Must be able to lawfully work within the us and have unrestricted work authorization for us.
Ability to travel as needed (approximately 15-20% of time)
Mba preferred, but not required
Familiarity with project management software, such as wrike, monday, or asana
Salesforce, or similar crm, marketing campaign management experience
Experience with manufacturing and distribution sales
