This position will be based out of saint francis hospital in hartford, ct but supporting the entire regionCan be a remote position.
Partners with talent acquisition colleagues to develop recruitment strategies to fulfill the required current and future staffing levels for trinity health of new england (th of ne)This role will have heavy involvement in building the employee brand and representing th of ne to prospective employees, current employees, and industry contactsKey areas of responsibility include consulting with hiring managers on current and future staffing requirements, defining and marketing the th of ne employee brand internally and externally, and finally developing and executing sourcing strategies and staffing pipelines to secure top talent.

You will be responsible for:
Exceptional patient care: researches and develops recruiting leads through networking, cold calling and other search methods.
Excellent communicator: is a key player in developing and implementing th of ne’s employee brand and marketing techniques to best present these job opportunities to prospective employees via website, social media, job boards, other advertising, industry events, etc.
Strong educator: educates and communicates effectively on our brand to internal staff.
Technical familiarity: devises and carries out a targeted recruitment/sourcing strategy using th of ne’s employment branding resourcesTracks and identifies prospective candidates using a variety of electronic channels, employee programs, and publications.
Active teamwork: partners with outside vendors when necessary to help build strong pipelines through career events or other avenues.
Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience preferred
Minimum of associate degree is required.
Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods.
Comprehensive knowledge of the recruitment process and best practices through previous work experiences.
Excellent knowledge of the area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)Business acumen and market insight required.
Internal client focus along with relationship building skills.
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and drive towards set deadlines.
Ability to set and track kpi’s around recruiting function as well as marketing duties.
