To manage the front desk of the company and greet visitors and solve their queriesAllocate work to office assistants proper distribution of inward outward documents.
Answering and forwarding phone calls.
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office distribute mail
Act as first point of contact for visitors
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.gPens, forms and brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Qualification and experience:
Any 12th/ under graduate / graduate degree holder will be considered for this role.
Candidates from real estate industry experienced will be given preference

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
