We’re looking for a talented and visionary designer to help lead all creative initiatives across treasureThis is a unique opportunity for a driven designer to lead, mentor, grow and make an enormous impact on our company and productOur ideal candidate is an experienced full stack product designer who is well versed in qualitative and quantitative processes to inform ux design without compromising on beautiful visualsIf you meet the requirements, we’d love to hear from you!

You love working through big ideas but obsess over the smallest details (subpixels)
You work fast and enjoy the rapid pace of an early start up
You have a passion for visual design with all your work “dribbblable”
You care deeply about your craftYou sweat every detail, organize your figmas well and have experience prototyping, building components, auto layout
You champion user-centric designs always thinking from the user`s perspective and balance the user with the business
You’re a self-starter with natural curiosity about clients, users, business and product goals
The job
Lead and execute design projects (80% product, 20% brand/market/sales)
Rapidly design multiple concepts and prototypes in figma
Speak with users and test prototypes to inform product decisions
Meticulously design modern, visually appealing ui
Work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and other designers
Have opportunities to mentor and manage others as we build out the design team
Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the u.s.
Remote friendly, but must be able to work in pacific or eastern standard time
Must have 3+ years of experience as a product or ui/ux designer
Have a portfolio of past work case studies led by you - shows ownership, breath of work, process and high fidelity designs
Addition of a dribbble or behance link is a plus
