This role resides in the product innovation team, a haven for incubating innovative new products and services delivered to different users across multiple mediumsThe product marketing manager is responsible for defining the go-to-market strategy and development for the innovation portfolio including onboarding, engagement, and retention management.
This role will lead successful execution through our marketing, sales, and operations organizationsYou will work closely with product management, engineering, client relations, marketing, and client relations to identify, develop and assist in the execution of the go-to-market strategy.

Own the gtm strategy, operational readiness and business results of new products and services from the innovation portfolio
Identify market opportunities and define solutions to take to market including marketing messaging, content, and programs, and enabling our sales and channel partners.
Develop customer-facing sales and marketing collateral that support gtm strategy and client relations teams to enable success
Develop high-resonance messaging and partner with internal teams to ensure implementation across all customer channels
Build and maintain a deep understanding of the target customers including user segmentation, persona development & customer journey mapping to influence membership retention strategy
Partner with business owners to marry strategy with execution to quickly launch, learn, and iterate on key products
Understand and champion our customers’ needs, actively identifying gaps and opportunities to better serve and expand the audience
Deliver qualitative and quantitative insights of customer usage of developed products, and drive insights to improve our platform
Partner with data and analytics team to understand patterns of connected journeys, navigation, and define member activation journeys
Develop gtm marketing budget allocation and decisions in coordination with marketing, technology, and operations teams
7+ years of experience with a proven track record of product marketing/strategy, digital strategy, multichannel marketing campaign planning and execution experience
Deep understanding of multichannel marketing tactics and digital channels, including but not limited to cem, site optimization, cms, paid search, seo, social media, mobile apps, and digital advertising
Experience designing multichannel customer engagement strategies grounded in understanding of customer journey and the marketing funnel
Strong analytical and financial skills to collaborate with analytics and finance partners, as well as manage p&l objectives across multiple lines of business
Data-driven with ability to merge qualitative and quantitative sources to tell compelling stories
Proven track record in connecting strategy to actionable and measurable roadmap to achieve desired business goals
Self-starter- comfortable moving between strategic and tactical
Strong interpersonal and cross-functional project management skills, with proven experience taking complex solutions and messages to market
Successful experience with retention marketing / driving active use and engagement
Passionate about creating great user experiences
Consumer health, behavior driven marketing experience a plus
