Establish and coordinate meetings/schedules with customers.
Write policies and procedures.
Demostrate experience with communications related to customer success (surveys, emails, newsletters).
Understand io service catalog and the process to help our customers obtaining services.
Assist customers navigating service catalog and act as an intermediate connecting stakeholders and customers with internal groups.
Qualifications:
Verify accuracy and completeness of data.
Experience writing policies, standard operating procedures.
Experience with communications with customers and building reports from surveys, emails about customer issues and complaints.
Ability to quickly learn the service catalog and assist customers in navigating and obtaining services.
Acting as an intermediate to connect stakeholders and customers with internal groups.
Monitor high value business-centric transactions and manage response actions.
Education:
SrBa; a bachelors degree in operations research, mathematics, computer science, cost accounting or related scientific or technical discipline, 5+ years’ work experience.
Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education: (13 years total)
Clearance:
The ability to pass a tier 2/modest background investigation
