The marketing and advertising industries are in a constant and rapid state of change. It is the Head of Partnership Marketing’s challenge and opportunity to drive the creation of solutions that put Tinybeans in the forefront of offering innovative and effective solutions for our brand partners.
Tinybeans is in high growth mode, with aggressive ad revenue goals. The Head of Partnership Marketing will be responsible for helping to drive that growth with best-in-class B2B sales materials, brand positioning, custom marketing solutions and insights, client success management, and campaign management. Leadership of the team includes management of the Tinybeans Content Studio, and Tinybeans Insights Lab.
As a member of the Tinybeans Management Team, the Head of Partnership Marketing should embody all Tinybeans values and lead by example, creating a culture of teamwork, proactive and strategic thinking, and a best partner approach with both sellers and clients.
What You’ll Be Doing…
Develop ad sales positioning, materials, and programs with a unique value proposition for brands
Work across product and marketing to bring new revenue opportunities/innovation to life
Be a student of the business, continuously staying current on our fast moving industry trends and aim for innovation in our adoption
Represent Tinybeans at conferences/tradeshows to position brand as a thought leader/best partner
Ideation for proposals that drive renewals, new business and growing dollar commitments
Support sellers on client/agency pitches as needed
Lead ideation for off-the-shelf opportunities + review write-ups
Review of custom proposals, wrap decks, and case studies from other team members
Ensure all programs launch and deliver on time and on budget
Liaise with Content + Growth teams to ensure sales team needs are communicated and met
Client research + consumer insights oversight with support of Ad Sales Research Manager
Culture and Development
Lead Partnership Marketing Team to ensure all team members are achieving their KPIs and career goals
Coach and mentor team members in areas of development and management (where applicable)
Role model Tinybeans core values and demonstrate leadership consistently with all Tinybeans employees

You must have…
5+ years of leading a digital ad sales partnership marketing team
Experience required in marketing, insights, storytelling/content development, proposal writing. Preferred additional experience in event marketing
Proficient understanding of media and marketing metrics/KPIs, ad technology and platforms with the ability to report and interpret data
Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team cooperation, promote enthusiasm and motivate strategic thinking
