Title insurance sales executive seeks an assistant to help implement and manage systems and processes to nurture current and new client relationshipsMuch of the job is customer service related, ensuring clients are responded to quickly and professionally, while other aspects include crm data entry and assistance with prospecting effortsPerformance will be tied to bonus compensation!
This job can be done from home, as it’s very much computer and cell phone based.
- research and problem solving skills with a consistent sense of urgency
- proficiency in excel, word, mac mail is required
- professional written and verbal communication skills
- familiarity with the real estate industry is not required but will help tremendously
- organized time management with the ability to multi-task
- consistent availability by phone, text, email for quick confirmation of tasks done
